Glazed Ham

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup honey

1 orange, juiced

10 lb bone-in half ham shank

Directions

In a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, and orange juice

Stir and simmer over medium-low heat until thickened, should take about 10 minutes.

Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Place ham, cut side down, in a disposable roasting pan, covered loosely with aluminum foil.

Cook for 90 minutes.

Remove ham from the oven and apply glaze evenly over the surface with a brush.

Heat glazed ham uncovered for 30 minutes.

Check the temperature of the ham, it should be at least 140 degrees, cook longer if needed.

Remove ham from the oven and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
